Biographical Note
Oscar Paul Hiatt was born March 27, 1908 in Frankfort, Indiana to William O. and Kate Noble Hiatt. He was married to Dorothy Louise Boyle and they had two sons O. Paul Hiatt Jr. and John D. Hiatt. Mr Hiatt worked for Indianapolis Morris Plan for 30 years, was a member of the church and Lamda Chi Alpha fraternity. He died in Indianapolis on June 28, 1971.
