Biographical Note
Harriet L. Paddock was born October 29, 1907 in Omaha, Nebraska to William and Martha Lewis Paddock. She attended Indiana State Teachers College and graduated in 1929. She later received a masters degree in education
from from Harvard University and a doctorate from Indiana University.
Harriet later taught for 28 years at Butler University in the Business department retiring in 1974. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Women's Department Club. She died August 3, 1997 in Indianapolis, Indiana
