Two items are in this collection. The Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence typed their 16-page report for the Indiana State Bar Association meeting in South Bend on July 8, 1932. They had recommendations to amend the criminal code, have "a state-use system for prison industries," and develop a plan of cooperation among law-enforcement personnel. Page 13 states: "Chief Morrissey of Indianapolis, and Superintendent Osborne of the state bureau, have been cooperating with the committee."...
