Scope and Contents This collection contains two copies of an article Frederick Landis wrote regarding Abraham Lincoln, the restoration of New Salem (Illinois), and the agreement Landis had with the State of Illinois for sole rights for a three year period to make a Lincoln movie in the restored town (circa 1923).
