Biographical Note
Horace R. Peters was born circa 1863 in Wisconsin. He was a dentist by profession and lived in Wabash Township of Tippecanoe County, Indiana. Peters' first wife, Laura Belle Park, had been married twice before her marriage to Peters. Peters married Ida A. Carpenter in 1889.
