Biographical Note
Rita Kohn is an Indianapolis author, playwright, producer of local documentaries, and senior writer for NUVO Newsweekly as their reviewer of local arts, crafts, and craft beers. Kohn has earned degrees from Buffalo State College and Illinois State University and has worked to bring attention to local libraries and Nativa American stories through her writing. She has worked on the Indiana Humanities Council and the National Endowment for the Humanities project trying to give voice and visibility to those who have been suppressed.
