Historical Note

The Indiana Federation of Art Clubs (IFAC) was founded in 1926 by Mrs. H.B. Burnet as a statewide organization to foster appreciation and promotion of art in Indiana. It coordinated and assisted in sponsoring art organizations, shows, and tours throughout the state. Annual events included three board meetings, a luncheon, summer tour, and a convention. The IFAC officially held its last meeting and dissolved on November 16, 2002. Janice Seidensticker was the final president of the IFAC.
