Will Hays gave a speech at the Hotel Biltmore in Los Angeles, California on February 11, 1925 about aeronautics, its development and future in the United States. Aeronautics is the navigation of craft through the air. Will Hays was formerly Postmaster General at the time of the speech and the speech discusses air mail.
