Administrative History

The Indianapolis Crossroads of Culture campaign was launched under the aegis of the Indianapolis Project to generated broader local support as well as increased national recognition of the arts in Indianapolis. The campaign marked the first time the arts groups in Indianapolis had come together for mutual promotion. The Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, Indianapolis Convention and Visitors Bureau and the City of Indianapolis were also sponsors.
