Administrative History

The Rose Marie Cruzan Parliamentary Law Club #2 was organized in February of 1946 by Rose Marie Cruzan for the purpose of "to study and practice parliamentary law, to work toward introducing the study of parliamentary law as a course of study in schools, and to aid members in becoming registered parliamentarians." The first president was Mrs. Lawrence T. Stafford and the members were affiliated with the Indiana State Association of the National Association of Parliamentarians.
