Biographical Note

Jerry L Wheeler was born September 24, 1954 in Seymour, Indiana. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History at Indiana University, and his Master of Arts degree in Public History at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. He was a recipient of the 2001 Graduate Student Paper Award from the Department of History at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
