Biographical Note
Clifford W. Quick was born on May 6, 1907 in Muncie, Indiana to Clarence and Lona Quick. A life-long resident of Muncie, he graduated from Muncie Central High School and later attended Ball State University. He married Della May Ellis on September 14, 1939 and they had two children. He worked for the Central Indiana Gas Company for more than 40 years before retiring in 1968. He was an active member of the High Street United Methodist Church and Muncie Masonic Lodge #433, and he volunteered with Meals on Wheels and as a Red Coat at Ball Memorial Hospital. Mr. Quick passed away at the age of 97 on March 3, 2005.
