This collection contains correspondence, telegrams, lists, rosters, meeting minutes, clippings, poems, and papers from the 325th Field Artillery Association in Indiana and the United States, ranging from 1918, 1940-1942 and undated, regarding the original military unit, the association's activities, mainly the plainning of their reunion in 1940 at Kokomo, Indiana, and Wendell Willkie.

Historical Note

The 325th Field Artillery Association was founded by members of the U.S. Army 325th Field Artillery who served from 1918 to 1919 during World War I. to keep in contact. Members included Wendell Willkie, presidential nominee in 1940, Forest Harness, Walter E. Treaner, and Charles A. Halleck. The association organized a reunion on August 16, 1940 in Kokomo, Indiana. There was also a small reunion on October, 1941 in Kokomo, with a memorial for the former commanding officer, Charles M. Bundell who died before he could attend that last reunion.
