Biographical Note

John Wesley Blackledge, son of Dr. Thomas G. and Susan E. Blackledge, was born on February 7, 1863 in Indiana. In 1930, he lived at the Seneca Hotel on East Chestnut Street in Chicago, Illinois, before moving to 1320 North State Street in Chicago. He died on October 13, 1937 in Indianapolis, Indiana and was buried at Crown Hill Cemetery, Indianapolis, Indiana.
