This collection consists primarily of research done on the personal and military history of Isaac Wilson, an early settler of Indianapolis. The research was done primarily by staff at the Indiana State Library. There is also correspondence from the grandson of Isaac Wilson. Other subjects of biographical sketches include James Linton, Mrs. John Maxwell, and Daniel Shaffer.
