Biographical Note
William Barnett was born in Millersburg, Kentucky on February 4, 1812. He married Julia McElheney in Montgomery County, Ohio on September 6, 1832 and they moved to Delphi, Indiana in 1835. He passed away at the age of 64 on June 23, 1876.
