Scope and Contents
The collection includes photocopies of two letters to Murray dated 1917 and 1954. The earlier letter describes problems with cold weather and the privations that came with World War I.
The second letter congratulates Murray on her marriage and having achieved the independence of living on a farm. The letter goes on to describe Mrs. Thorn's bungalow in the Lockerbie district of Indianapolis and extends an invitation to visit.

Meta Abramson lived in Kokomo, Howard County, Indiana in 1917. Once married, Mrs. Murray lived on a farm near Cloverdale, Putnam County, Indiana in 1954.
