Biographical Note

Paul Garrett was the vice president of General Motors Corporation during 1944 Garrett had received his M.A. from Columbia University in 1914 and worked with governmental agencies surrounding war effort and production, news agencies as a financial columnist, and large companies like General Motors Corporation and TelePrompter Corporation as a high-level administrator. He married Lillian Riggs on June 19, 1939.
