Biographical Note

Roger B. Hinkle was born January 30, 1910 in Randolph County, Indiana. He was drafted in 1942 and selected for Officers Candidate School. He served at posts in Louisiana, Texas, France, and Germany during the war and at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri after the war. He died August 31, 1989.
