Biographical Note

Robert Hamilton was born in 1818. He and his wife, Mary C. Hamilton, had four children. He worked as a farmer and patented the Hamilton, Seed and Fertilizing Sower on July 4, 1876 and July 20, 1880. He died on February 21, 1888 in Franklin, Indiana.
