Administrative History

The Goldfield-Lincoln Mining Company was incorporated on August 5, 1907 under the laws of Arizona. The mines were located at Granite, Colorado and Goldfield, Nevada. It operated under a mutual plan with the King Leopold Mining Syndicate, and the stocks were offered through the St. Ives Leasing Company, which was incorporated under the laws of Nevada. Ore that averaged $2,000 per ton was being mined from a new level in the mine.
