Biographical Note

Frank B. Young was born on May 5, 1928 at Kankakee, Illinois to Fred and May Young. He was a graduate of Franklin College and the Indiana University School of Law. Young was a Republican and served as a state senator, a U.S. attorney for the southern district of Indiana, and as a judge on the Indiana Court of Appeals. Young married Pamela Auxter on August 8, 1951 and they had four children. He passed away in Florida at the age of 70 on August 29, 1998.
