HIstorical note
Enos B. Heiney, of Newcastle Indiana, assisted Benjamin Parker in the compilation and publication of the book "Poets and Poetry of Indiana." Prominent Indiana poets including James Whitcomb Riley and Evaleen Stein are featured in this book. After the publication, Heiney attempted to restart the Western Association of Writers by holding a reunion in Indianapolis.
