Biographical Note
Walter Greenough, of Indianapolis, Indiana, was the Director of Publicity for the Liberty Loan Organization in 1918. His correspondence with the other executive members of this organization attempted to spread awareness of the Liberty Loan program through articles in newspapers across Indiana.
