Biographical Note
Rose Dowzen was born on September 28, 2890. She married Leo Schultheis on June 10, 1915 in Knox
County, Indiana. They lived in Vincennes in 1930 and had four children. She was a member of the
Daughters of the American Revolution. She died during November 1967 while living in Vincennes,
where she is buried.
