Scope and Contents

There are seven releases in this collection, beginning February 8, 1934, and ending September 12, 1934. The companies involved in the cases before the National Labor Board were: Real Silk Hosiery Mills (Release Nos. 3200 and 3853); Werts Novelty Company (Release No. 5581); National Silk Mills (Release No. 5963); Blue Eagle (Release No. 7366); Elkhart Amusement Company (Release No. 4260); and Photo-Engraving Industry (Release No. 7745). These decisions relate to labor union organization, violation of rules, and discharged workers.
