Scope and Contents

The first of two items in this collection is a letter dated March 19, 1890, to R. C. Hinshaw, Salamonia, Indiana, from George W. Williams, proprietor and sole manufacturer of the Tom Thumb Best Fence Machine, in Economy, Indiana. The second item is the envelope with two-cent stamp which was postmarked as received in Salamonia on March 21. Mr. Williams replied to Mr. Hinshaw's letter of March 18.
