Biographical Note

Susan B. Hunt was born to Joseph Hunt and Ann Gause in Spiceland, Henry County, Indiana on October 23, 1839. She married Josiah T. Unthank, a Quaker carpenter in Spiceland, on March 27, 1861. They had three children, Eva, Minnie B. and Josephine. Susan died on March 24, 1932 and is buried in Circle Grove Cemetery in Spiceland.
