Biographical Note

Burton Alva Konkle was born in 1861 in Albion, Indiana and died in 1944. He settled in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania. He was a teacher in Pennsylvania, then became involved with the Presbyterian Church. He wrote many books, mostly about political people, ranging from George Byran and Andrew Hamilton. He was a member of the Pennsylvania Constitution Celebration Committee (Prabook, 2016).
