Biographical Note

Beverly Lou Wynn graduated from Morton High School in Richmond, Indiana on June 9 th, 1939. This is likely the same Beverly Lou Wynn who was born on July 5, 1921 and married Charles O. Yount. Beverly Yount was a World War II veteran where she served in the United States Navy. She was also a noted genealogist in Wayne and surrounding counties in Indiana, and published several books and pamphlets, such as Tombstone Inscriptions in Wayne County and “Historic Centerville.” She died September 20, 1977 at the age of 56.
