Biographical Note
The manuscript in this collection was most likely written by Margaret Elizabeth "Peggy" Simpson of Indianapolis, Indiana. Miss Simpson was born December 6, 1914 to Hugh and Virginia Howard Simpson. She worked as a secretary at the Naval Avionics Center and was also a volunteer at the old Winona Memorial Hospital. She passed away at the age of 84 on December 28, 1988.
