Biographical Note
Roy J. Scott was born 14 Aug 1880 to Perry and Nancy (Huffman) Scott in Harrison Township, Knox County, Indiana. Roy married Pearl Phillips on 1 Dec 1903. Roy held a miner’s license, having passed the board exams in 1920 to work in Knox County, Indiana. Roy died on 22 Feb 1948 in Vincennes, Knox County, Indiana.
