Scope and Contents

This collection contains photocopies of letters received by Ephriam Myers from his family, a receipt from the Indianapolis and Vincennes Railroad Company, and his daybook ranging from 1869 to 1885. Also included are photocopies of Sarah Myers' receipt from the Martinsville Milling Company (1907/10/31) and undated cards from D. Saucerman. M.D. announcing his practice in "Abbyville, Sullivan County, Indiana".

Biographical Note

Ephriam (or Ephraim) Myers was born around 1850 in Morgan County, Indiana to Abraham and Malinda Myers. He married Sarah Jane Edwards (1853-1920) on December 15, 1874. He died at the age of 36 on July 26, 1886.
