Biographical Note

Troyles Mize was born in Kentucky in 1820. He served with the 3rd Regiment Indiana Volunteers during the Mexican-American War and Company G, 31st Regiment Indiana Infantry during the Civil War. Mize married Elizabeth Jane Wampler on December 2, 1852. He died on January 12, 1889.
