Biographical Note
Phillip Eugene Bainbridge (b.1942-) was a Democrat and a lawyer, and was the son of Indiana State Senator Eugene Bainbridge.He was a member of the Indiana House of Representatives from 1967 to 1978 and served as Speaker of the House from 1975 to 1976.
