Biographical Note
Enoch Wood Keegan, M.D. was born to Patrick and Eliza Johnson Keegan on June 23, 1836 in Evansville, Indiana. He was graduated from the Rush Medical College in Chicago, Illinois in 1861. He was married to Amanda Stone in 1861 and later served as a supply surgeon in Vicksburg, Massachusetts during the Civil War. He practiced medicine in Crawfordsville, Indiana from 1862 until days before his death. He and Amanda had three children and she died in 1905. He died August 29, 1914 in Crawfordsville, Indiana.
