This collection includes autographed, signed and typed letters, invitations, stock certificates, programs, an almanac, an introduction to Masons, and a resolution from many sources in Indiana and elsewhere ranging from 1864 to 1927 and undated regarding family life, business, college life and government business.

Biographical Note

Wilbur Todd Gruber was born on December 22, 1887 in Churubusco, Indiana. He attended Indiana University in 1912 and was on the Union Board. He married Capitola Harris in Indiana on September 21, 1915. They had one child, and as a deputy attorney general for the State of Indiana in 1916. He later worked as the assistant secretary of the Rotary Club in Indianapolis, Indiana. He died in 1957 and is buried in the Crown Hill Cemetery, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
