Biographical Note

Stephen C. Moberly was born April 1, 1941 in Shelbyville, Shelby County, Indiana. Moberly was a lawyer in Shelbyville before getting involved in politics. Moberly served as a Republican in the Indiana House of Representatives from 1973 to 1984.
