Biographical Note
Hulda Estes was born Hulda Case Hoag to Nathan C. and Abigail Robinson Hoag on September 2, 1817 in Vermont. She was one of three children. She married Lewis A. Estes on February 24, 1848 at the Whitewater Friends Monthly Meeting location in Indiana. They had two children. She died on August 6, 1875 and is buried in Summit Lawn Cemetery, Westfield, Indiana.
