Biographical Note

John Henry Eash was born March 10, 1876 to Tobias and Saloma (Graber) Eash in Indiana. He was one of at least seven children, including Daniel [Dannel] and Mary (Ann). He married Ida Beechy [Beachy] on November 29, 1903 in Madison County, Ohio, and they had ten children. He was a farmer. He died November 28, 1964 in Millersburg, Indiana and is buried in the Bontrager Cemetery near Honeyville, Indiana. His wife died in 1963. He was survived by nine children, fifty-four grandchildren and fifty-four great-grandchildren.
