Biographical Note

Carroll Otto Cox was born April 29, 1924 to Otto and Irene Cox. He married Gloria Hope (Montgomery Cox) in 1948, and they had three sons. He served in the National Guard. He worked in highway maintenance and co-authored sixteen books of Posey County history. He died October 27, 2001 and is buried in the Poseyville, Indiana cemetery.
