Biographical Note
Howard R. Burnett was born on June 12, 1890 in Indiana to Thomas and Cora Burnett. He had one brother, Charles. He married Pearl Snyder in Knox County, Indiana on April 21, 1911. They had one daughter, Carol. He taught history of Lincoln High School in Vincennes, Indiana and was head of the history department. He died September 6, 1967 in Vincennes.
