Biographical Note
Micajah M. Binford was born on December 18, 1851 in Ripley Township, Rush County, Indiana. He attended Earlham College in 1867. He married Susannah Binford in 1873 and they had one son Edward born March 24, 1877. He traveled on missions to Mexico under the auspices of the Friends Foreign Mission Association and to the Southwest for the American Bible Society. While in Indiana, he belonged to the Society of Friends at Walnut Ridge. His last pastorate was in Brooklyn New York. Micajah died April 28, 1902.
