Biographical Note
Ralph E. Baldwin was born on December 30, 1924 in Crawford County, Illinois to Howard and Edythe Baldwin. He married Patricia Ann Koepp on August 14, 1947. Baldwin worked for the Allison Division of General Motors in Indianapolis as an engineering technician; he retired in 1980.
