No information is available on Julia Ainsworth. No last name is given in the letter for the sender, but the donor believed it to be Ainsworth.

Her cousin, the recipient, was Desire (Ball) Gallup, from Mystic, Connecticut. She later married Palmer Gallup, a math teacher from Springfield, Massachusetts. The donor provided information on Desire Ball.
