Biographical Note
Thomas K. Ryan was born in 1926 in Anderson, Indiana. His family later moved to Muncie, Indiana where he graduated from Burris High School. He took art courses at the University of Cincinnati. Ryan is the creator of Tumbleweeds cartoon, which is a western spoof.
