This collection contains several items donated by Verne W. Vandivier related to her family and Johnson County, including a November 18, 1885 note sent by Dora A. Pendleton of Nineveh to Will White of Trafalgar accepting his request to call on her on Sunday, November 22nd; a June 22, 1894 indenture between John McCaslin and Marie E. Coffin for a mortgage on property located in Johnson County; and three of Hugh Vandivier’s bi-monthly report cards for the school years from 1903 to 1906.
