Scope and Contents This collection is a single typed, 35-page manuscript by Edward N. Wentworth entitled: "When Porter County Was Indian Frontier." On page two, Edward indicated that this was a speech he presented. He wrote about how he became interested in the history of the area when he and his wife purchased property in the winter of 1941-1942.
