Scope and Contents This collection includes correspondence, blueprint maps, legal documents, and reports from telephone and telegraph companies, lawyers, insurance companies, and city officials in Indianapolis, Indiana, ranging from 1893 to 1920, regarding telegraph and telephone right of ways, installation, and legal and business matters.

There are also oversize blueprint maps, correspondence, and documents ranging from 1897 to 1920 and undated (OBE031).

Kramer, handwritten on Sidney's Uniform Co. stationary and two booklets, "The Hoosier 'Howdy Book': Service Men's Guide to Indianapolis" published by the Indiana Bell Telephone Company in 1940 and the February, 1944 issue of This Week in Indianapolis (Vol. 17, no. 4), a tourist guide for visitors to the city.
