Scope and Contents This collection contains a portfolio created by Ralph Roessler entitled, "A Documentary and Autobiographic Record of a Kiwanis Dream and a Seventy Million Dollar Reality, 1939-1968." The portfolio was created in recognition of the 50th anniversary of the Marion, Indiana Kiwanis Club and includes Roessler's written account describing the events that helped establish the Indiana Flood Control & Water Resources Commission and the eventual construction of the Mississinewa Reservoir.
